Las Vegas Mayor Berkley Hosts ‘Paws On The Plaza’ Pet Adoption Event
Event Co-Sponsored By The Animal Foundation
Join Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley and some furry, four-legged friends at the “Paws on the Plaza” animal adoption event Saturday, March 28, at Las Vegas Civic Center outdoor plaza, 525 S. Main St. The event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and parking will be available for $6 across the street at the City Hall Parking Garage, 500 S. Main St.
The Animal Foundation will have dogs ready for adoption at the event. In addition, animal support service providers will be on hand and there will be food for purchase. Residents are invited to bring their dogs on a leash and compete in the canine costume parade.
“Join us for a fun day at Las Vegas Civic Center and maybe find a new forever friend to adopt into your family,” Mayor Shelley Berkley said.
