We use your information to operate and improve LvLocal, send you notifications about activity related to your account, respond to your support requests, and protect the safety of our community. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information sharing
Your public profile, reviews, shoutouts, and listings are visible to other users. We may share information with service providers who help us operate LvLocal (email delivery, payment processing, image hosting) under strict confidentiality obligations.
4. Payments
Payment information for Business subscriptions is processed by Stripe. LvLocal does not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@lvlocal.com. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your city preference, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
7. Children's privacy
LvLocal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
