1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using LvLocal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LvLocal. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account, impersonate others, or create accounts for purposes other than legitimate use of LvLocal.
4. Content rules
You may not post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, misleading, or violates the rights of others. Spam, fake reviews, and coordinated manipulation are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Business listings
Business owners may claim and manage their listing. By claiming a listing you represent that you have authority to manage that business. Misleading business information, fake reviews, or abuse of the platform may result in permanent removal.
6. Marketplace
LvLocal provides a venue for users to buy and sell locally. We are not a party to any transaction. All sales are between the buyer and seller. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Business plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
8. Intellectual property
By posting content on LvLocal you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
9. Disclaimer
LvLocal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business information or user-generated content. Use the platform at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LvLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
