Las Vegas Councilwomen Begin Second Terms After Swearing-In at City Council Meeting

Two Las Vegas councilwomen officially started their second terms Wednesday: Ward 4 Councilwoman Francis Allen-Palenske and Ward 6 Councilwoman Nancy Brune were sworn in at the start of the July 1, 2026, City Council meeting. The meeting also brought a leadership update, with the council selecting Ward 3 Councilwoman Olivia Diaz as mayor pro tem.
