What earns points
Profile completeness, community favorites, reviews, and active content play a major role in ranking — every one of these is free and available to any business.
What doesn't
Being on a paid plan has no term in this score. Two businesses with identical profiles, favorites, reviews, and activity rank identically regardless of which one pays us for Multi-Location. There is no separate "promoted" slot mixed into these results — if we ever build one, it will be clearly labeled as advertising, not blended into ranked order.
